The Sales Support Representative role is based in Tempe, AZ and reports directly to the Sales Manager.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this position is responsible for receiving, processing, and sales purchase orders, as well as manages pricing administration.
What you’ll get to do
Dispatch support: Assisting concrete order takers and dispatchers with day to day issues with quotes, projects, customers, mixes, etc. Answer dispatch phone calls when needed and call volume is high. Request information from sales when needed.
Sales support: Assist sales with any quotes or projects they need entered into software order management system, any issues with orders for both asphalt and concrete. Request info from dispatch when needed.
Previous day order review/billing: Review all orders from the previous day and correct or requesting information from sales for orders in question. Once all orders are correct, bill all orders for the previous days.
Invoice corrections: Receive and correct any invoices that are incorrect. Review and request information needed for corrections.
Sales rep: manage a small group of customers. Bid work, handle issues, and maintain relationships with customers.
Essential Experience and Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and various CRM applications
Ability to work efficiently and effectively under time constraints and scheduling pressures
