ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES and TASKS
Maintain, repair, troubleshoot, install and replace all electronic, electrical, and mechanical devices related to instruments required for efficient and safe operation of the cement plant. This includes emission monitoring devices (gas analyzers).
Perform any work, within the classification, which management may deem necessary.
Able to read, understand and apply all schematics, drawings, technical publications, logic, etc. related to the job.
Understand and apply all aspects of the maintenance program (preventive and corrective maintenance, reporting, etc.).
Understand and apply warehouse procedures.
Understand and apply all administrative procedures related to the plant.
Must be able to use all tools or systems required to perform work (personal computer, adjusting, calibrating, oscilloscopes, etc.).
Requires knowledge of physics related to instrumentation.
Experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and replacing instruments.
Knowledge of maintenance on emission monitoring devices (gas analyzers) a major plus.
BENEFITS & COMPENSATION
This position pays 36.99/hour
