The Southwest Area Aggregate team is seeking a qualified Senior Sales Coordinator located in New Braunfels, TX. This position will report to the Sales Manager.
The Senior Sales Coordinator is responsible for assisting customers with orders and supporting the Sales department with customer service. Other duties include developing and maintaining customer relationships and reviewing project plans and specifications.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO
You will deliver outstanding sales/service results by establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and vendors within the Southwest Aggregates market for the purpose of selling, servicing, and building relationships within a specific territory while focusing on growing existing and prospective customers.

Preparing and maintaining daily sales reports and expense reports.
Maintaining customer pricing files.
Coordination with outside sales representatives on general business needs.
Process credit and rebills on customer accounts.
Call customers with past due balances.
Assist in various projects as assigned.
Review daily sales & notify sales people of any decline in business
Review & process freight charges to customers.
Coordinate with sales team on forecast.
Review and resolve disputes on customer accounts.
Provide price increase letters & various mailings to customers.
Collect & distribute marketing materials.
Review freight advantages.
Assist with Conventions, Associations & Presentations.
Keep track of fleet vehicles(sales fleet cars and toll charges).
Provide assistance to various vendors looking for payments.
Create Shipping accounts in SAP for Southeast Aggregate locations.
HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years of experience in construction products or a related field.
Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products, including MS Excel & Power Point.
Attention to detail and strong time management and organizational skills.
Good customer service/interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and able to communicate with all levels of people.
Ability to multi task responsibilities and prioritize
