OK Ready Mix, a division of Lehigh Hanson Materials Limited, is seeking a qualified Sales Representative. This position will reside in Kelowna, BC.
This position is responsible for providing sales and marketing services throughout the Okanagan including development and maintenance of key customer relationships, sales and promotion of ready mix concrete and related products and services.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES and TASKS
Solicits, sells, promotes and services existing and prospective accounts
Promotes our products such as ready mix concrete, value added products, pumping services and Octa-Blocs
Develops and performs regular customer analysis utilizing Command Concrete and SAP report writing
Works with quality control department to service and enhance existing and prospective accounts
Prepares market data including weekly call and market share reports
Participates in the annual forecast and plan process
Attends, participates, and promotes Company interests at industry trade shows and meetings as appropriate
Assists the Credit Department in the collection process
Experience in the sales and marketing of ready mix concrete or related building materials to the residential market would be an asset
Minimum Grade 12 education
Bachelors or Technical degree preferably in marketing or engineering would be an asset
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Excellent writing ability
Ability to forecast, budget, and monitor sales projections and selling expenses
Excellent attitude toward customer service
Proficient in the use of computer and sales related software and equipment
