Ok Ready Mix, a division of Lehigh Hanson Materials Limited is looking for a Accounts Receivable/Office Administrator.

This is a skilled full-time salaried position in Kamloops, BC that is responsible for providing administrative assistance & support to our Materials Businesses including billing, accounts payable, inventory support and other related duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support for pay roll, billing and accounts payable.

  • Sorting, filing and scanning of sales and invoicing documents.

  • Entering new and updating existing projects.

  • Reception and operating switchboard

  • Miscellaneous filing and other duties and assignments as required.

  • Holiday/illness coverage for various Admin positions.

  • Handling customer inquiries and requests.

  • Maintaining appropriate stock levels of office supplies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with admin functions

  • Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize assignments and work on a variety of tasks simultaneously

  • Contribute positively to a quality team environment.

  • Strong MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook

  • Detailed oriented with the ability to keep accurate records

  • Ability to follow verbal and written instruction

  • Must be self-motivated, fast-paced, able to work independently and multi-task, capable of completing tasks with tight deadlines.
