HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO

This position provides the company and its customers with a point of contact for all sales related issues. The position will also be provided training to improve sales skills, product quality and technical services, billing and credit functions. This position reports to the Vice President Sales, South.

The Customer Service Representative will handle customer and internal requests and sales support for the LA aggregate and cement market.

• Track and Manage Dodge System

• Quote customer projects

o Release request

o Billing disputes short pay reconciliation

• Complete submittal packages

• Provide product and Company description and information

• Follow up on active quotes and bid results

Provide support to Sales Reps:

• Use Material Costing Program to help with pricing assumptions.

• Maintain Product Description files and material test reports for submittals.

• Fill in for Sales Reps when ill, on vacation, or as needed.

Customer Service:

• Provide Customers information as needed.

• Help in the resolution of minor pricing disputes, billing errors, product quality and service issues.

This position will be based at our Irwindale, CA location.

HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Degree or equivalent industry experience

• One to three years’ experience in construction materials industry

• Strong computer Skills (Microsoft office)
