The Treasury Analyst role is based in Irving, TX and reports directly to the Corporate Treasurer.

What you’ll get to do

  • Primary resource for multiple department projects, leading initiatives with banks and internal partners, communicating and documenting key risks and alternatives.

  • Identify, monitor and analyze all banking and merchant services fees.  Create and maintain reports to track fees and recognize areas of improvement.

  • Process payments and funds transfers for Treasury related items.

  • Support the North American cash position and forecasting process by working closely with Financial Shared Services process owners and analyzing data for trends to identify cash needs.

  • Assist with month-end closing activities and support Corporate Accounting with reconciling banking transactions.

  • Participate in managing banking relationships and bank account maintenance including KYC and bank service and signer updates.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts through data focused thinking; perform process assessments identifying opportunities.

  • Support the Treasury Manager with ad-hoc analysis and projects.

Essential Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • At least 2 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or Business Administration with a good understanding of cash management principles.

  • Proven project management and documentation skills.

  • Motivation and ability to work extended hours as needed to meet changing deadlines and complete month-end close activities, as well as work during non-banking holidays as necessary.

  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, organizational and time management skills in a deadline driven field.

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities, as well as internal and external customer service skills

  • Strong computer proficiency with well-developed Microsoft Office skills.

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Comprehensive knowledge of banking industry.
