We are seeking a qualified HR Admin Associate to be based at the corporate office in Irving (Las Colinas), Texas. This is a temporary role.

The HR Admin Associate will be an integral part of the Admin team and will be responsible for supporting and maintaining electronic employee master records for both the US and Canada. The Lead will collaborate with Employee Services teams and Humans resource partners to align processes to meet current company policy and federal compliance standards. Additionally, this individual will identify data integrity issues and analyze data flows for process improvement opportunities. What you’ll get to do:

  • Key and maintain employee data changes from hire to termination for multiple locations throughout the US and Canada

  • Ensure changes are processed using current processes/procedures

  • Maintain high performance quality for day-to-day transactions and general operations

  • Meet service delivery expectations and ensure immediate communication if expectations are compromised

  • Maintain workload using case management system

  • May lead implementation of system changes and projects

  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert for HR Admin applications

  • Provide troubleshooting support and conducts root cause analysis of system issues

  • Maintain high levels of quality and accuracy of data related reports

  • Serve as SME to participate in projects and activities to contribute to the successful implementation of projects.

  • Provide documentation and training updates as necessary

  • Identify and implement business process improvements

  • Identify areas where data accuracy and efficiency can be improved

  • Liaise with HR community to ensure optimal processes meet business requirements

  • Responsible for AAP/EEO annual reporting

  • Participate in internal and external audits

  • Provide troubleshooting support and conducts root cause analysis for HR community

Who we are looking for:

  • 2-3 year’s previous HR Administration data entry experience

  • Associates degree or equivalent college hours

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Basic knowledge of JDE

  • Ability to apply principles of payroll administration to employee data changes

  • Experience working with a case management system helpful

  • Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and be a successful team player

  • Must possess excellent analytical skills and a strong attention to detail

  • Technical aptitude

  • Working knowledge of AAP/EEO reporting and E-verify

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

  • Experience support for multiple locations

  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office Suite of products

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in excess of 40 hours weekly as needed
