This Region Change Manager position will represent our STEP (SAP team) within their region; manage local change delivery; leverage project resources and content to help local stakeholders understand what’s changing and prepare for deployment. Identify and address issues within their region. Assist supervisors in aligning their staff with new roles and processes. Help educate and train stakeholders and end users to support each deployment.

Experienced senior professional with the ability to establish and leverage trusted relationships throughout their region.
Ability to present materials clearly in an integrated manner, lead change management activities, and align others with project goals. Ability to rapidly develop a broad understanding of the business needs of their region.
Should have some combination of the following skills and experience:
Background in Lehigh Hanson or related experience in cement materials, or other related industry experience a plus.
Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems as an integrated solution.
Practical skills leading and managing change related to large scale ERP system deployments.
Proven track record of engaging and aligning stakeholders deliver complex change initiatives.
Practical experience organizing and delivering educating and training to diverse groups of end users.
What you will get to do:
Work 80% within the region, 10% remote with Change Team, 10% travel
Understand integrated overview of “to be” solution across all Workstreams
Help SAP team define issues within their region and identify and analyze regional Change Impacts
Leverage project resources and content to advocate changes & educate region stakeholders
Help organize region participation in SAP events (Design, Testing, and Training)
Work with local managers to map new SAP Roles to users
Run education sessions (e.g. lunch & learns) supported by SAP team
Help SAP Training team plan and manage training delivery for their region
Act as liaison and contact point between region stakeholders and Change Team
This position will be based at our corporate office in Irving, Texas, with travel throughout our south region. However, qualified applicants wanting to work remote from one of our other south region locations will also be considered.
