The Digital Product Lead will support the roll out of a new application to our sales leaders and sales representatives. You’ll report into our Director of Sales Technology and spend the next 12-18 months in our market units across the U.S. and Canada

helping them to fully utilize the tool and become self-sufficient.

You’ll need to have interest in sales and a sales career, because your career path after that would likely be in our sales organization.

This position will reside at the corporate office in Irving, Texas. What you’ll get to do:

  • Executes and maintains project plan for rollout of myCreteX

  • Facilitates MU onboarding of new mobile product and features

  • Onsite MU support for 2 weeks post launch

  • Trains and mentor MU Lead on rollout/support of digital product

  • Coordinates customer feedback sessions to collect new ideas and vet new features

  • Manages MU work groups for feedback sharing and best practices

  • Evaluates user metrics and recommends action plans

  • Manages testing with local IT systems and provides feedback to global product teams

  • Point of contact for escalation for regions

  • Initial assignment will be based at NAM HQ in Irving, Texas.

  • Willingness to relocate if required for the next career assignment
