The Change Manager position is an integral member of the SAP Program Management team working with all impacted business teams to own and enable necessary change associated with the business transformation project. The position interfaces with end users in his/her geographic area and provides training and ensures that users have the information and skills they need to successfully implement SAP in their areas. This role is geographically located to the end users so heavy travel or relocation may be required.

What you’ll get to do:
Work collaboratively with the training and communication teams to develop training and communication materials.
Extensive training in the SAP modules.
Provides training to end users in assigned geographic area.
Helps drive faster adoption and higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact the business and our employees.
Travels to sites to act as change agent.
Assist in organizational change management activities
Who we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree and five or more years’ experience in leading training classes.
Comfortable delivering presentations and key messages.
Ability to learn new processes quickly and translate training to end users.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Familiar with end-to-end processes.
Become an SAP Subject Matter Expert
A good understanding of organizational change that comes with an SAP Business Transformation project.
Strong MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
