Lehigh Hanson is in the process of consolidating ERP systems across North America and is looking for a strong project manager to lead the master data cleansing, extract, transform and load activities.

Reporting to the Program Director, the Project Manager will be responsible for the detailed planning and execution of data migration activities. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, have 7+ years project management experience specific to master data migration and management, and have demonstrated experience in data quality, data lineage and data process management.

  • Defines processes for data cleansing and enrichment, data extract, transformation, and loading, as well as managing data quality.

  • Conducts detailed planning for data migration efforts.

  • Coordinates activities across a team of 8-9 data analysts to drive project plan tasks to completion.

  • Defines data quality standards and establishes processes to ensure cleansing and enrichment to achieve quality standards.

  • Tracks and reports on project status and outputs.

  • Tracks risks and issues and risk mitigation plans, facilitates resolution of issues as it relates to Master Data.

  • Oversees and conducts financial planning and budget tracking for Master Data team.

  • Assists with integration testing efforts, deployment planning and cutover planning.

  • Coordinates with functional and reporting teams on design changes to understand impacts to master data and provides feedback to functional teams on master data related documentation requirements.

  • Provides input to the Change Management team related to training and communications around master data.

  • Provides input on MDM related tools and best practices.

  • Supports the implementation of MDM tools and standards.

The SAP Project Manager – Master Data position will be based at our corporate office in Irving, Texas.   • Project Management for Master Data Migration 7+ years (Required).

  • SAP Master Data migration: 7+ years (Required).

  • Has lead Master Data migrations for 2+ end-to-end SAP implementations in an Industrial Manufacturing environment (Required).

  • 3+ years’ experience working with HPQC.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems or other related field or equivalent experience or certification.

  • Experience in Extract, Transform & Load methodologies.

  • Experience in multiple SDLC methodologies, including WaterFall, Iterative, and Agile.

  • Experience with ETL tools such SAP Data Services, Winshuttle and LSMW.

  • Solid critical thinker with creative problem solving skills and technical capabilities.

  • Good organizational skills and logic based thinking process required.

  • Ability to see the big picture but also dive into details as required.

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to relate technical issues to a business audience.

  • Analytical aptitude.

  • Business acumen & client focus.

  • A successful candidate should have excellent team-oriented interpersonal skills and work in a team environment.

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity.

  • Competently understands customer requirements; easily troubleshoots and solves problems with minimal supervision and direction; capable of researching and making fact-based, data backed decisions.

  • Solid proficiency in program and project management methodologies.
