What you will get to do:
Put your education into action in the DevOps field to support and participate in global digital initiatives.
Support the global project teams in identifying support inefficiencies to drive continuous improvement.
Partner with experienced engineers and managers in different departments to gain corporate wide systems knowledge.
Work with the global architecture and operations teams to identify technology and service improvements to the value add digital offerings to North American business
Develop and implement new or updated technologies and processes to ensure streamlined, secure, and scalable systems
Provide level 2 incident support
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in business or IT is preferred
Must be comfortable working closely with the end user community.
Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced deadline intensive environment.
An energetic passion for continuous improvement.
Ability to flourish in an ambiguous working environment.
A broad understanding of business process, including front office (purchasing / sales invoicing) and back office operations (accounts payable / accounts receivable).
Must have strong technical writing skills & excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing.
Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or application development.
Micro services Architecture; Familiarity with Solid Principles; C#, REST APIs; .Net 2.0+,MVC; SQL Server, Oracle Database
Quick learner – proven ability to learn new technology stacks in a very short period of time
Nice to Have: Experience in Enterprise ERP systems SAP, JDE, Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes & OpenShift)
