Lehigh Hanson is seeking a qualified Maintenance Mechanic at our Corona location.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintenance and repair of plant equipment at the Eagle Valley facility. This position will work the 2nd shift with a start time of 1pm. This position will work overtime and six days a week.

  • Will diagnose malfunctions in rock plant and perform the required maintenance.

  • Responsible for daily inspection of facilities and will complete maintenance checklist.

  • Will operate a front end loader and haul truck when needed.

  • Proactive approach to safety.

  • Ensures compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, and with company policies and procedures.

  • Report unsafe conditions and report accidents or incident immediately.


  • Must have high school diploma or GED

  • 1-3 years of maintenance experience required

  • Experience working at an aggregates plant highly preferred

  • Must have stick welding and cutting torch experience

  • Will operate heavy equipment when needed

  • Must have experience operating heavy equipment

  • Having tools highly preferred

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
