Lehigh Hanson is seeking a qualified Reliability Technician to oversee and assist in the maintenance operations such as basic corrective maintenance, preventive and predictive maintenance, operational field support, and administers the maintenance work order system.
This position will reside in Camden, NJ.

What you get to do:
Installs, verifies operation, inspects, repairs, adjusts and calibrates field instrumentation devises, motors, drive systems, starters, hydraulic and pneumatic control systems
Reads, interprets and applies technical information from equipment operation, installation and maintenance manuals to equipment, electrical drawings, electrical instrumentation, schematics, ladder diagrams, one-lines and blueprints
Troubleshoots PLC’s and control systems using ladder logic
Installs and/or traces power and control wiring including conduit and tray cables
Utilize various testing tools and equipment, including megger, digital multi-meters, etc. to diagnose problems
Collects and enters data and other information into Company records such as logs, check sheets and inspections forms
Operates all appropriate mobile equipment required for position for which trained and qualified including pre-operation mobile equipment inspections using the proper checklist to ensure safe and compliant operation. Red tags equipment that does not meet safety standards and submit notification to proper personnel for repair
Performs and analyzes thermography reports
Performs transformer oil sampling and analysis
Performs lubrication routes on plant motors
Completes Preventive Maintenance programs for motors and electrical instrumentation
Performs other tasks and jobs as assigned
Follow strict adherence to plant and MSHA Safety Policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment. Maintain an awareness of plant environmental standards. Takes corrective action to address minor problems or reports compliance issues to appropriate supervisor for resolution.
What we are looking for:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
3-5 years of electrical maintenance and repair experience including welding
Experience reading blueprints, schematics and other design diagrams and drawings
Ability to utilizing work order and other PC systems
