This position will reside in Allentown, PA

What you’ll get to do:

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations, and with company policies and procedures

  • Assist in development of annual budget and periodic forecasts

  • Coordinate regional capital expenditure review and reporting

  • Prepare and distribute reports and provide analysis as needed to operations and other functional areas

  • Work closely with Shared Service organizations to ensure compliance with policies and reporting requirements

  • Act as an effective liaison with Operations, Finance and the Shared Service organization

  • Participate in ad hoc projects and analyses in support of region operations

  • Identify process improvement opportunities as it relates to area of responsibility

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field

  • 2 to 5 years of experience

  • Working knowledge of construction industry a plus

  • Ability to use Microsoft Office products on an advanced or intermediate level

  • Knowledge of SAP and JDE software a plus

  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to details

  • Demonstrated openness to change, flexibility and adaptability

  • A proven track record in meeting deadlines and working collaboratively as part of a team

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
